Can I bring my computer into your workshop?
Yes, absolutely. Bringing your computer into our workshop is the easiest and most economical way for us to assess and repair it.
You can visit us during business hours at 330 Waterworks Road, Ashgrove.
Please note that parking is no longer permitted on Waterworks Road due to Brisbane City Council clearway changes.
Convenient parking is available at the top of our driveway or in nearby side streets.
Our workshop is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with Saturday visits available by arrangement.
We have a minimum fee of $70.
This fee covers the time required to assess and review your computer and is deducted from the final repair cost if you proceed with the work.
If the repair cost is likely to exceed the inspection fee, we will always contact you first to discuss the options before going ahead.
